I had a wonderful experience at Shimlas, and a big part of that was thanks to Abdullah, our waiter. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. Abdullah made sure everything was perfect — from taking our order with patience to checking in at just the right times without being intrusive. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he gave great recommendations that really made our meal special. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality and customer care — Abdullah truly went above and beyond. Shimlas is lucky to have someone like him on the team. I’ll definitely be returning — and hoping Abdullah is our waiter again!

We have came to shimlas today and it was nice service and delicious food as usual. One of the the lady was really helpful and qamar has excellent service.
Had a great experience at Shimlas! The service was top-notch — our staff member Hassan was genuinely excellent: friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The food was a bit of a mix — I found the chicken doner a little overrated, but the fish doner (especially without sauce) was surprisingly good. The mocktails were also really refreshing and well made. Overall, great vibe, great service, and definitely worth a visit!
It’s always a great experience dining in the Shimlas. Their chicken donner is exceptionally good & recommended. Atmosphere is like cherry on the top. Nice service given by Muneeb. He’s a good lad.
